Hi-Tech Construction Company, Inc. was established in March of 1991 as a small construction and labor company, primarily working in the mining industry in Southern West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky. The company was started with a single dozer and excavator and has grown to include locations in South Charleston, West Virginia and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. |
